Well jst 12 days on frm my last entry. I'm back. Sadly, really. Gosh time really does fly when ur havin so much fun. *sniff* and its back to a cruel reality of school. Sad! Well time to reminisce the times not so long ago. Well sydney was really fun, but the bit that made it the most enjoyable was the Company i spent with. Rellos as they call it short fer relatives. Yeap i enjoyed my stay with my uncle and definitely my cousins! so most of the time i spent my time with my dad's-side-cousins. Well, in my family, it is a custom fer each generation of boys to share the same 1st name/word of the chinese name. So fer me, my name is Shen Wei, and Shen is the common word. So yea the guys in my generation haf shen. So my cousins name, in the order of age(oldest to youngest) Shen Ming & Shen Yen. Well i haf plenty of other cousins but yea dun tink i've met all of em. And funny thing is my female cousins haf Wei as the common name. Heh so yea my name has smtg in common with both the guys and the gals. coolstuff yea?!. . nvm... But on some days, i visited my mom's-side rellos tho. They were surely a fun bunch to hang with. Jst last sat was my last visit to em for my trip. Well my mom's-side-cousins consists of cheryl, andrew and matthew(respective order of descendin ages) We went fer a buffet at some asian restaurent, i reckon it was the meal tt reminded me of home. heh i did get sick of the food there! So yea tt day was really nice, we din do antg tt special jst hanged tgt, played some UNO and monopoly. ahaha...boring u may think but yea i enjoyed it lots! Then tt nite we took lotsa pics....coolstuff! Yehyea took way more fotos for this trip than last yr!
On sunday, we went to church and all. and then headed to the city fer some breakfast. And shortly after we went home. It was a bloooody hot day. I woke up frm my nap with my hair all soaked with sweat. So yea i cudnt slp no more jst bummed ard! latr tt evening went out with shen yen and mom to Lilian's church gathering. Cooolstuff. I met some priests, jokers they are. heh...there was P & W and reconciliation. 1st time i ever done my confession in a foreign land. durin P & W, Lilian played the drums. Coolstuff man....the drummers fer tt nite were all girls. Wat the heckk. ahaha. Tried to learn, but yea i dint wanna frustrate lilian so yea i gave up after 5 mins. ahaha. So yea tt nite was cool, shen yen intro-ed me to some ppl, mostly asians. Helped packed up and reached home jst after 12. Thereafter ended the nite with a good chat with shen yen. Fun stuff!
Monday, went out with wei shin to the aquarium. Tnk GOD the tix were free. so ex to get in...and there wasnt much to see. reckon spore's underwater world is still the best. ahaha but yea it was alrite. There after had lunch at Darling Harbour. And then we caught National Treasure. It was rather expensive, $27 fer 2 of us. Poof! Nonetheless it was quite an entertainin movie. So yea tt was it fer the day.....
Tuesday~~~ Did some last minute shopping in town. Bought a quiksilver shirt fer dinner that nite. Had some dim sum and Pancakes on The Rocks fer tea. Latr tt nite had dinner and this very nice chinese restaurant---Ying's Restaurant in Crows Nest, North Sydney. Food was jst gre8t, company was better. There i was presented with my presents tt my cousins bought fer me, adidas shirts. Nice stuff....Tnx! yehyea. ahaha.
Wed----My last day, *sniff* went down to burwood(jst nearby) to get fruits, some mangoes and cherries. Really really hot day, took a bloody long time to get a ride back home. waited fer abt 45mins fer the bus/taxi. So finally we caught the bus but we missed a stopped. so we dropped at the station and took a cab instead. Oh wells. Did the packing and then lunch with both uncles and fellow cousins.... oh wells, anwys yea reached the aiport, took some fotos, chat chat. . . and yea plane ride!
so yea.....it was a great holiday and wish i was still there...but yea i'll remember this special vacation with memories and fotos!. . .ahaha. . Oh wells, yeap tts the story. L8tr!
